Mummy had a bag of soya (or mat salleh call
soy) beans sitting in the fridge for decades! so i decided to make soya, or soy, milk :-) especially since the ones they sell at the pasar malam are beginning to taste like sugar water!!!

wash & soak the beans

all beans mati liao, didn't get bean sprouts...

put in blender...

let em rip!!!!

strain once (normal sift)

pulp :-) mummy used it as a mask before :-) hehehe

let it simmer...

i use coconut ladel, cos it looks cool :-) also it won't get hot if i leave it in the pot :-0

keep stiring to prevent chow ta taste

add sugar & it's done!!!
but i like mine COLD so i put it into bottles & dump them in the fridge :-) it's all gone now......
