new year new me

once again it's time for me to make a special appearance in my blog. I'm not a masters student anymore cos i had to withdraw before i kena buang... long story which is not my fault. anyways, if i weren't in malaysia, i would have a post grad diploma, but well, in malaysia, itu tak boleh jadi...

i'm not workin gfor san francisco anymore, but i still love the place, never ever regret working there. I'm back at RMH as the new Asst Chinese Restaurant Manager. i was offered to go to il primo, which if i had taken would be my ticket to kl... but i wanna work in hotel, marry my job & be GM :) that's plan B if i dun suceed in plan A which is to marry a rich dying old man.

i've spent all my salary already today cos my car break rosak or something like that which even if the mechanic cheat me i wouldn't really know... anyway, i can enter F1 race cos everybody who ever sit in my car before can't wait to get out :-) keheheheheh

i now work in San Francisco SteakHouse, under the Tai Thong Group (TTRB). Preopening kinda sucks cos it's really messy & stuff like that, but now, i kinda enjoy working there :) I'm a management trainee there so i kinda have a bit of "official power" now, unlike last time, i had "de facto power", which was kinda cool too. i have name cards too! it's on the way though, can't wait to get them & post it up here... i haven't had an off day since i started work on 4th oct.. wed would be my 1st off day for this week.

i bought a car! pics coming soon... i feel like getting my HP tx2 which i saw in harvey norman, cost bout rm2999... & i wan a blackberry too!!!!

this is a post of appreciation to the above mentioned person...

Today, i went to Jusco Aeon (my 3rd home). Mana tau the oldies never fill up the tank! i was so scared i had to push the car... so want or not, have to visit the petrol station :( problem is.... i never pump petrol by myself in my entire life! i've always got the oldies to do it or the petrol kiosk attendant. However, M'sia got this stupid thing bout "angkat tolak masuk picit" pump urself or don't pump at all kinda attitude =_= so die die lor :( some petrol kiosks don't even have the attending ppl, just a cashier... on the way there, i was wondering what to do if there were no attendants there...





when i reached the shell station at mata kuching (i think the place is called that), i parked my car beside the pump, the CLK (cute lil kelisa) was just the right distance from the pump on the right :) proud of my "acomplishment" i matikan engine & pushed the "thingie" to open the "petrol door"... OMG! the door rosak! never open ok!! i push again & again, still no opening of doors!!! then from the corner of my eye, i saw something not right on the left side of the car! aiyo!!! i parked the car at the WRONG SIDE OF THE PUMPS!!!! shit la.... kena move the car to the other side, lucky thing i did not have an audience =_=

upon parking the CLK on the OTHER side, i realised i was too close to the pumps! shit la, i had to move the car again... then out of nowhere, i saw this guy in shell uniform, so after killing the engine & bla bla bla, i saw him walking towards my (badly in need of a wash) car. So before any other customer could get a chance, i faster faster called him to help me :-) wasn't sure if he saw what happened before, but he was really nice about filling up the tank for me :-) he even told me i can enter contest lei ^_^ shell contest ok! not some contest bout the stupid things u do =_=

Mr Samkaran even told me to do the bonuslink thing at the counter cos the machine at the pump couldn't detect my bonuslink card. if up to me, i wouldn't really bother, as long as customer see me swipe can liao! hahaha... Big D said when paying for petrol with credit card, must make sure to press clear so the card details don't stay there. I was gonna do that after i did the bonuslink thing at the counter, but Mr Samkaran did it for me! so thanks to him, my fear of pushing the car in this super hot sun was eliminated completely :) TQ samkaran!!!!

anyways, when i got home, Big D drove the CLK to hospital... & he was so amazed that the tank was full ^_^ hehehe

My guppies got babies ^.^v

my guppies gave birth ;-) so happy, but by the time i noticed them, i only managed to get 3 :( i have no idea how many of them were there in the 1st place... it happended like this. I woke up & looked at them as usual, was about to feed them when i saw tiny fish! OMG! 2 tiny fishies!!! hurray!!!! faster look at the mummy fish, still look like normal only wo... hurriedly, i took the net & took all the biggies out.

I got my nursery tank (ex prawn tank) & started scooping out the babies, there were 3, so cute de ^_^v

i was super duper excited this morning that i did not drink my coffee which i intended to until 1.5 hours later! awaiting more babies :-) but my fishie mummy all look same only, dun look thinner or fatter also :(

did u know that if u settle the summons within 24 hours, you only need to pay RM5? Don't even need to rayu. See the above pic, the normal RM30 is there but my mum settled it within 24 hours & she only paid RM5. Cheaper than bribing!

earth hour

earth hour is crap! total rubbish. so what if you off your lights for 1 hour? what is 1 miserable hour out of all the hours in a year (8 765.81277 hours - a year is not exactly 365 days - that is the reason why we have leap years.). if they wanna make a difference, they gotta have an EARTH DAY instead, at least every week! not just a once a year earth hour.... this is just a publicity stunt by all those organizations who wanna get free publicity on their so called CSRs.

you can save the planet by installing solar panels instead. those ppl who came up with this earth hour crap are probably rolling in cash they made from selling all that merchandise - earth hour T-shirts, caps, hot air balloons (yup, i saw it online)...

it's just crap & all the blind ppl on earth are blindly following this gimmick. organizations seize the opportunity to get free publicity & at the same time make money out of it. utter dumbness.

Ms Ayu said she's gonna write a press release on me.. ME!!! mwahahahahah!!!! they are 3 star, but it's really a nice place. very breezy & country like. My friend Zima works there too, for 1 year now. I guess the pay is ok too, since she left the "Best 5 star hotel in melaka" & it's #1 rival to work here. Anyways, i'm really happy to have won ^_^ Who would have known that Seri Malaysia Melaka would be a pioneer in coming up with FB contests? not only did i get a prize, i also have something extra to write in my Thesis :-) great strategy & tactics. no wonder Seri Malaysia Melaka is "Best 3 Star Hotel"!!! however, IMHO, i think they can easily beat M****ta Hotel....

my hair was begining to look like how it was in 2005.... long & straight cut across.... it was heavy & took ages to dry (not to mention how much shampoo & conditioner was needed to wash it). Hence, it's time to chop it off before i turn into rapunzel!!!

deleted

i accidentally deleted my files :-( no... come to think of it, I have no idea how my files got deleted.

in my pendrive, once opened, there are several folders. I highlighted the stuff not in folders to delete cos they are files of no use anymore. Then suddenly the window popped out saying deleting 84 files while i only highlighted 2. then check check to see see if all the folders are there... yes they are... open each & every folder & the folder labled Blog only has 3 items left :( all the stuff i have yet to blog about got deleted :-(

After going to work for the 1st day, I came home with a headache, 2nd day as well but on the 3rd day, my head was ok but i was actually running (something I don't do)... this is why...



The job sucks, everyday is a routine - Call ppl come for interview, give spelling test, punch holes. dah la boring & have to talk to pee brains who "I tak faham English la..." & rude ass parents who demand to know why you're looking for their kid. must have screw up kids, that's why their so worried.

Sit in office ALL DAY - No clients to meet, no events to attend, nothing to organize, no name cards, no fancy stuff & NO PANTRY!!!!

Working hours SUPER LONG - sitting in the office all day doing something you hate from early morning to evening... seems like i went to work yesterday & am only coming home tomorrow :-(

No ME time cos I have to get up early in the morning, before i can see the sun, half an hours drive to work & the torture begins. Afterwork, it's evening & the sun is setting, by the time i go home, it's dinner time. after that, I take a bathe & watch TV while almost falling asleep!

No INTERNET!!!! how can?!?!?!?!?!? It's 2009!!!! where can like that?!?!?!?

it's like i'm doing the boring stuff that nobody wants to do. I mean how hard is it to punch a hole in the stupid A4 paper? there is more than 1 hole puncher & they have to look for ME specifically to punch a stupid hole in their single stupid piece of paper! i'm doing all the calling & all the spelling test. I did not even get any training on the stuff! how can they expect me to call ppl up & offer them jobs when i don't even know nuts about the job?!?!?

so i tendered my resignation. Initially I was just gonna make my case a NO SHOW & get absconded but then thought of giving them a piece of my mind since i'm never gonna step foot there ever again. but then again... we have that stupid 2 week notice clause & maybe the HR manager would be kind enough to allow me to go off since i just worked there for 2 days then... so i wrote a letter, just stating i would like to resign, no dates.

then when the pig faced bitch got my resignation, all she cared about was how i was going to pay them back!!! saying i have to pay back 11 days worth of salary!!!! hello!!!! i did not even state in my letter that it was my last day already ok!!!!

half an hour before work was over, i was asked to sign a stupid agreement saying i OWE
the company money!!! the stupid letter even said i requested for early dismissal!!! babi! dunno how to read English is it?!?!?!?!

So i grabed the stupid letter, packed my stuff & RAN!

I ran as fast & as far as i could... After i stopped running, I felt so happy as i did not have to return to hell the following day ^_^v
