satay babi

today after we went to jusco to get some koyok for my poor poor back, mummy decided that she did not wanna cook lunch for us & we had to eat out ^^v
She decided on duck mee, but upon reaching there, the shop was closed for renovation :( then we went to a shop which Big D thought sold bak kut teh but instead it turned out to be dim sum!
then i suggested donald & lilly's laksa but we couldn't for the life of us locate the stall.... we ended up with satay babi instead... it's located at kota laksamana...

upon seating, they put these on the table...

the sauce is different as it has NO PEANUTS!!!

anyways, they din give us any flatware whatsoever... the service there is slow & they don't even use a plate to alas the satay when transporting it to ur table! it's just held in the air!!! babi betul.... so expensive lagi... all we ate was satay, 2 coconuts, 4 mini ketupats & the cucumber miserables & the bill came up to RM42!

sickly sickly me

i've been sick for the pass few days.... down with a slight fever & cough (horrible cough!) I went to see the doctor yesterday after the 2 terrible nights i had not being able to sleep cause of all the coughing...

it has been a while

since i posted something here cos i was working round the clock this week & when i finally get an off day, i got food poisoning :-( anyways, i'm better now... what happened this week (interesting de) was i got to see chinese ghost busters ;-) no no, it's not a movie... it's the real thing! the "tang-chi" mediums or watever were hired by the hotel owners to cleanse the grounds & i got a chance to kepo kepo follow ;-) i din see any supernatural thing though... i brought home an apple ^_^vv heheheh....

today is my sampat sister's birthday... she's in KL, far far away from us selling parker pens. she claims she has a branded gift for me (cos she doesn't want it)... she wants to try all secret recipe cakes & already named her nest 2 victims. her birthday wish is to die of a deadly but non painful cancer so she will know how long more she has to live so that she can spend all her money on food! that's why she's SAMPAT!!!

Today is Joanne's Birthday... i've known Joanne since we were in form 1. We just suddenly became really good frens until now (^_^) she's like the smartest person in our group but she always claims otherwise :-) i think her hobby is studying (although she denies it) cos she always asks us to study, no more time!!! heheh :-) sure she bengang when she see this ;-) anyway, happy birthday girl!!!!

Touchsmart TX2 or Mini 311????

It's so hard to decide.... which one should i get? if i get accepted to the Masters programme i guess i gotta get a new laptop rite? or should i just continue using the one that Big D bought for me :-) but it's a desktop.... & the graphic card went kaput! now everything (including my beloved blog) is stretched sideways...

HP Mini 311 - bigger than the average Mini (11.6 or is it .4? inches) it's HD... light, easy to carry around. atom processor...

deleted

i accidentally deleted my files :-( no... come to think of it, I have no idea how my files got deleted.

in my pendrive, once opened, there are several folders. I highlighted the stuff not in folders to delete cos they are files of no use anymore. Then suddenly the window popped out saying deleting 84 files while i only highlighted 2. then check check to see see if all the folders are there... yes they are... open each & every folder & the folder labled Blog only has 3 items left :( all the stuff i have yet to blog about got deleted :-(

my happy bala pix is gone too :( now what am i gonna do ?

mid valley is my favourite place in KL, next is 1U located at Bandar Utama... we had lunch at spaghetti grill, it opened not long ago... it's under chili's, the italian version with bottomless drinks :-)

anyway, we went back to the mall & i bought a pait of shorts :) 38 bought one too & actually convinced me to buy mine... macamlah dia belanja... so i brought home some loot, egg tarts, durian pancakes & danish loaf... also my precious mini single serve multi cooker which was on loan to 38, now she just uses a rice pot.

the durian pancakes cold pouch leaked!!!! even worse was it wet my pants & it looked like i pee-ed from behind :( cold water soaking my ass all the way home =.=
