going to war

recently, cos i'm a penganggur, i've been playing mafia wars on facebook. It's quite a nice game... nothing like my rpg ff9 (which is my favourite game of all time) but can do to pass time.

Then yesterday, while waiting for time to elapse & my energy & stamina to recover, i discovered other games by zanga (the ppl who bring us mafia wars)... OMG!!!!! it's fashion wars!!!!! so super nice & everything is PINK!!!! hehehheeh!!!! so while waiting for my recovery in mafia wars, i now play fashion wars :-) mwahahahahahah!!!!

unsatisfied...

i bought a watch - a real one - cos my RM 10 watches last for RM 10 only. It's a Polo, got warranty & a nice box. mana tau, few months after using it, the small pin thingie came out. So i went back to fix it lo... They told me that it's not covered in the warranty & it'll take 1 monthe to fix. babi betul. then they dunno how much it costs so they said they'll tell me after a week. so ok lo... i wait...

1 week - no call nothing, so i pula kena go jusco myself. they idiot told me they just only sent it there!!!

2 weeks - they said "it's not 1 month yet" have to wait for their stupid technician to see if can fix!!!

3 weeks - they dunno wat happened to my watch!!! babi cilaka bodoh! so i scream & yell at the idiots there & mummy called the store manager in charge of these babi idiots..

hehehe, they kena threatened - by week 4, if they don't produced the watch, i get a full refund & if they do produce the watch, i do not have to pay for anything wat so ever...

sadly they gave me the watch by week 4... cos i was looking forward to a full refund...

I use Omega eggs

I slightly crack the shell, not beat em up.

I make just enough, not in bulk...

use fresh ingredients & high grade Oolong.

the end result is so pretty :-)

Compared with those they sell outside, mine is no doubt better :-) outside ones look more like Tau You eggs whereby the whole egg is black, no marble effect... & it tastes of dark soya sauce instead of herb tea or spice...

the return of Chai Chai Boy

Chai Chai boy aka my number 1 subject is super cute!!! but 1st, need to give an eulogy to a prawn that died...

Prawnie (from Ah Woei) was an adventurous prawn. It seeked to be the 1st prawn to roam free outside the tank. One fine day, it jumped out & was so happy it achieved it's life long dream of starting on it's own adventure. However, his excitement was short lived as soon as it found out that it can't survive outside water. It soon dried out & became 虾米. It shall be remembered for it's stupidity, lack of planning & lack of brains... R.I.P.

Now back to chai chai, he pays me daily visits :-)

I'd like to pay him daily visits too, when his mama isn't around :-)

I wanted to make salted eggs, seeing how easy it seems thru online recipes... So i followed mummy to the pasar malam near my house to get fresh eggs :-)

So anyway, before I went to pasar malam, i had earlier prepared a salt solution. It's super easy to make salted eggs. Just soak the eggs into a super salty salt solution for many days :-)

we supposed to use ducky eggs but i wanted to try it with chicken eggs instead... try 2 biji 1st see if jadi anot... i did this on 25 June & had it today. It was really like salted eggs! Initially, while soaking, the shells might crack, but the egg won't leak out. they will float at the beginning but it'll sink towards the end...

As usual i forgot to take a picture of my finished product ;-( anyway, i'll be making more soon :-)

my kawan kawan had a meet up ;-) by kawan kawan, it was literally kawan kawan... kawan #1 - Joanne Wee & kawan #2 - Prashanthini!!!! heheheh so anyway, we met for dim sum in bkt beruang... everytime Prash comes back from bali, it's a ritual to pay homeage to the dim sum shop in bkt beruang... so sakit hati I forgot to take pics there!!!! Prash brought her camera lagi & also din take pics :( anyway, after that, Joanne went to study (as usual) hehehhe, she's the smartest off the group, so must maintain it that way right :-) then me & Prash went to Jusco, as usual...

Joanne is gonna be a lawyer :-) Prash a doctor... so must stick to these 2 like super glue :-) hehehehehehe..... anyway, it'll be 3 years more before Prash comes back to Malacca... till then, it'll be quarterly meetings & dim sum breakfasts :-)

Suddenly, i like to drink carrot milk :-) i used to wonder why ppl drink the yucky stuff... what so nice about vege juice??? until recently, yummy yummy!!!! I made my own today ;-)

I juiced a bag of aussie carrots... well, the terrible part is i gotta take out the juicer, clean the juicer, wipe the juicer, dry the juicer & put back the juicer... but the carrot ,milk is so yummy!!!! add some evaporated milk & full cream milk :-) i wan somemore!!!

My baby Prawns from the pond are growing well. some have eggs already :-) however, the water's getting dirty pretty fast & everytime i change the water, i think a few of them escape into the Big D's pond... hence, i decided to get them a bio filter.

Isn't the filter cute??? it's a "petite filter" as stated on the box ;-) hehehe... i added some activated carbon in it to purify the water even more. mummy ask what's the prawn's filter for & i told her it's to de-shell the prawns^_^ hehehhez!!!!! then the fish filter is to get fillet-o-fish!!!! mwahahahhahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!
