shark's fin soup

it seems like i'm on a blogathon, this is like my 4th post today! anyway, we went to Jusco & big D was super thrilled to find this - he's exact words were "we eat real one also got no taste hor" lol, so ok lo, since it's only 1088, we decided to try a pack :-)

so called shark's fin

fish stock


this is MY multi cooker :-) small & cute from tuaku & aunty flo ^_^

scallops, boil em saperately so they don't pecah

kembang!!!!

double the size oOo

fish meat from the bones

mushrooms

wash the fins

baby clams for extra bite

boil em all!!! mwahahahahah!!!!!!!!

add in egg & thickening

lastly drop in the scallop & shark's fin

so yummy :-)

o ya, goes well with brandy or whisky

so the feed back we got for this so called shark's fin was that it was a good imitation to the real thing. better yet, it doesn't melt away or shrivel into nothingness ^_^
