ricotta & mango pudding

i found out from google (my best friend) that we can make ricotta cheese in just a few simple steps.

we will need milk, not the UHT kind...


i bought goodday as it has 3.7g fat content - higher the better - as compared to the rest.


heat it up, but not boiling.


lemon juice


add it to the milk & ta da!!! it becomes curd...


tie it in a cheese cloth bag & let the whey drip out


in the meantime while waiting, i made mango pudding ;-)

eat with ice cream, yummy...


now, i have no idea what to use my ricotta cheese for ;-( i asked my best friend google but it seemed like he was out of yummy ideas...
