sausage meal

After making the homemade sausages yesterday, we had them for lunch today. I wanted to eat it as if it were in a deli, so i had to make the sides....

i made a salad, the traffic lights go on top

sizzle the sausages :-) for the char coloured effect...

so this is what we had, pasta salad, traffic light salad, mash potatoes, caramelized (shrunken) onions, gravy & of course, the sausages ^^v

yummy! look like deli food, big D say it's gonna cost RM60 per person if really it THIS amount of food in deli...

we packed some to deliver to ah ma...

initially, big D say ah ma's one will be RM20, then he give senior's discount - RM15, lol... after all the manual labour ytd, big D requested that mummy take out the pasta machine which also comes with a sausage stuffer, lol
