yee sang salad

we went to jusco today & something caught our attention... 2 packs of yee sang for RM5! yes, RM5... it would usually cost RM19.88 during CNY season for a pack suitable for 10 pax... in Long Feng, it'll cost RM68++, at the least... so wat the heck? since it's only RM5 for TWO, we bought a pack :-) enough of tossing though, i decided to make a salad instead :-)

add the yee sang pickles

add the peanuts

do as you would the normal yee sang

toss!!!! all by myself so i get all the luck ^_^vvv

I served it slightly chilled... can add more fruits such as apple & pineapple too... i think longan might also be nice ^_^
