the sampat po came home with lots of maggi items from a competition she entered at The Mall. They gave her a prize, thanking her for not burning down the mall (she entered a flambe thingie)...
so we decided to give it a try
seasoned fish fillets
coat in flour
Fry the fillets... all the flour will cloud the oil...
drain on paper towel
dice the onions
pineapple tower ^_^
dice dice dice!!!
throw all diced items together with the mix & water, then coat the fishies...
Well, I'd say that this packet thingie is not all that convenient cos it's rather easy to make sweet sour fish sauce from scratch. It does not taste great either!!!! has a fake kinda ginger taste to it :( we still have tonnes of fried rice perencah & black pepper perencah too man
