Nabeyaki udon is one of my favourite japanese noodles. I first had it at Kampachi, Equatorial Melaka Hotel. Since i had those mini claypots, why not make my own :-)
important step is to make a
dashi (stock)
also get a leek taller than you :)
spinach...
cut the leeks
since we don't have kamaboko, have to use normal fish cake...
eggs are a must ;-)

remember to add chili fakes to make the dish more interesting :-) when we eat out, this comes with a big prawns tempura but i dunno how to make tempura :(
