Prosperity Chicken 富贵鸡

We had "prosperity chicken" chicken today. when i translated 富贵鸡 on the online translator, i got this "Riches & Honour Chicken". hahahahaha!!!

poor chicken got scar on it's ass...

the richness & honour :-) haha... 玉竹，当参，当归，红枣。


mushrooms....

season it with oyster & soya sauce...

soak a water lily leaf...

look at the colouring!

spread it out on foil...

introduce the chicken to the "richess & honour"

wrap them together...

ta da!!

then put it in a pressure cooker...

cook for 50 minutes

it's done ^_^

smells good :-)

I would like to wrap it up in bread, steam it again & deep fry it or bake it... then it'll be 黄金富贵鸡 @ Yellow Gold Richess & Honour Chicken!!!! hahahahahaha!!!
