creme caramel... again!

sampat piggy made this thingie called panna cotta, which tak jadi, dunno if it's cos of mummy's gelatin or what la...

so anyway, she left for kl, leaving behind the blob of cream, so wasted... so i made a super duper creamy rich creme caramel!!!

caramel base

whisk eggs lightly

bring creme to high temprature

pour into eggs



stir

pour into mould

hansel & grathel ;-0

So i got super creamy creme brullete, cos i din overturn it & i used cream so technically, it's now creme brullete. I didn't really like it cos it was tooooo rich, but mummy ate it all saying that it's the way it should be. so ok lo :)

Mummy went to work early & left Big D & me at home... so guess wat??? Big D kena do dishes!!!!! sahahahahahahahaah!!!!
