eu yan sang. However, mine is better! here's why...
I use Omega eggs
I slow cook then in clay pot, not aluminium rice cooker.
I slightly crack the shell, not beat em up.
I make just enough, not in bulk...
use fresh ingredients & high grade Oolong.
the end result is so pretty :-)
Compared with those they sell outside, mine is no doubt better :-) outside ones look more like Tau You eggs whereby the whole egg is black, no marble effect... & it tastes of dark soya sauce instead of herb tea or spice...
