After the evil mummy had gone to sleep, the poor Princess had to continue preparing dinner~! She could not find the chicken & asked mummy for help then mummy was like -

MumZilla : Twerp!
Princess : Meeeee, i can't find the chicken la...
MumZilla : Can't find?!?!?! God give you eyes for wat?!?!?! Wan die ah?!!?!
Why do I have to do everything???
Princess : ???
MumZilla : here! i found it, don't kacau me, i wanna sleep :-) heheheeee i no need to cook dinner!!!! mwahahahahah!!!!

when the chicken thaw, debone it...

use the bones to make stock...

dice the meat... season it...

soak some mushrooms & slice them

mince some chillies & salted vege...

fry it all!!!!

Use the stock to make a gravy, any typre of oriental gravy you like... spicy would also be good ^_^

put it aside...

heat up the claypot...

spoon in the gravy & wait for it to sizzle...

add in the "lou see fun" 老鼠粉 & chicken meat.

sizzle sizzle & it's done! garnish & enjoy!

evil mummy said it was flavourful but i saw her adding tonnes of soya sauce!!! so greedy, eat this not enough, eat the spare pot of chicken rice lagi!
